Our approach in seminars and training sessions is characterized by the following basic principles and features:

Individual orientation to the participants

We work with online preliminary surveys in order to be able to assess the needs and backgrounds of our seminar participants during preparatory phase. up

When selecting methods and topics, it is important to us that participants develop and test the content learned using their own examples and backgrounds in order to strengthen the applicability to their own daily work. In addition, process support is offered during all seminars: Individual tasks are agreed upon with the participants (upon request) and subsequently followed up by email a few weeks later. up

Course contents are – where possible – repeatedly tested against, and substantiated with, empirical scientific findings. up

In addition to the lecturer’s input in the form of short presentations, a variety of teaching and training methods are implemented. Depending on the subject area, this includes the use of standardized procedures and worksheets for self-exploration, work on one’s own CV, brainstorming, partner and group work, simulations, critical incident techniques, discussions, video feedback, peer review, as well as short presentations of the participants. up

Gender-sensitive language

During the seminars, gender-appropriate language is used. Gender aspects of the individual topics will be discussed and demonstrated at appropriate times. up

Quality-management and transparency

All seminars are evaluated by us in a standardized way for optimization purposes. We are aware that there is always a certain risk for you as a client to hire a trainer whose work you are not yet familiar with. In order to minimize this risk for our clients, the transparency and the quality of our work is very important to us. Therefore, you can always see the results of all our seminar evaluations here. up

We offer our seminars in both German and English. up
